Evoluderm proposes different delivery services including Colissimo, Chronopost and Point Relais Colissimo, depending on the offers. Your order is processed immediately and delivered within four working days after validation of your online order, from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs may be free depending on offers. The rates are subject to change. Delivery services (with or without supplement) are detailed on the delivery page of the online order process.

3. How do I track my order?

To find out where your package is at any given time, you can connect to avoluderm.com. To identify yourself, please provide your client number and access code (corresponding to your postal code). Then click on “Continue”. Your orders will immediately appear on the screen.

4. How can I benefit from free delivery?

Delivery is free for orders of €40 and over. Free delivery may also be included as part of a particular offer.

5. What are the delivery costs and times for Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco?

Delivery cost is proportional to the weight of your order.
