1 - Can I return or withdraw a purchase made on your website ?

You can return an article within 14 days from when you placed the order. Costs for returning orders delivered within Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco are the responsibility of the client.

2 - Is a refund possible

Yes, once your order has been received and after confirmation that the delivered products have not been opened.

3 - How long will it be before the refund is made ?

Refunds are made between 3 and 7 days.
