Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Product Manager with her daily tasks:
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Preparation and oversight of packaging implementation documents, including: drafting text documents, coordinating back-and-forth revisions with the in-house creative team, and proofreading the final documents
- Conducting competitive intelligence, sales analysis, and consumer trend analysis
- Assistance in tracking developments from the initial work on the brief through to the product's arrival in inventory: competitive benchmarking, trend monitoring, support for R&D lab briefs, packaging, regulatory compliance, etc.
- Participation in the evaluation and validation of formulas and packaging.
OPERATIONAL
- Creation of sales materials (launch presentations, marketing fact sheets, sales pitches, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
- With a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, you have a keen interest in the cosmetics industry.
Previous experience in marketing and cosmetics is a real asset.
You have strong writing skills and are creative and responsive. You are thorough, self-reliant, and dynamic.
- Proficiency in English is preferred
